To apply for a position in Bloomingdale School District 13, candidates must complete an online job application. District 13 is a member of the North DuPage Elementary Partnership, whose online application process allows candidates to complete a single application to apply for positions in multiple districts.

 

At this time, it is not necessary to send a resume or any other supporting material in order to apply for a position in District 13. If you are called for an interview, you will then be asked to bring a resume, a copy of your valid Illinois Teaching Certificate and three letters of reference.

 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a substitute for Bloomingdale School District 13. We are a district that employs paraprofessionals (student support). Since most of our paraprofessionals are certified to sub, they will usually step in to replace the teacher when he/she is absent. Therefore, the district may call you as a Substitute Teacher, but more likely as a Substitute Paraprofessional.

 

You do NOT need to submit an online application to apply as a Substitute Paraprofessional. Please print and complete the Substitute Forms linked below and submit them to the Teaching & Learning Department at the District Office. The link to Instructions for Form I-9 are for your reference and do not need to be submitted.
