Online Registration for 2009 -10 and Fee Payment Options Available

For your convenience, you may register returning students and pay fees online. Avoid a trip to your school office, take advantage of credit card bonus points, and personally update your student’s data to insure accuracy. District 13 is offering returning families the option to register their students, using the State of Illinois’ e-Pay system. The system has been updated and is ready to go now!

Registration packets will be mailed in early June, and detailed instructions for using the e-Pay system will be included. All registrations must be completed by July 6, 2009. If you know your child’s State ID number, please enter this 9-digit number in the appropriate field. Assigned State ID numbers remain with your child throughout their Illinois school years, and will not change from year to year. ID numbers are displayed on the printed registration form in your packet. If you do not know the ID number, you may still register online by entering nine ones.

The e-Pay system can be accessed at http://www.illinoisepay.com/epay/Search. When you reach the e-Pay search page, type "Bloomingdale District 13" in the search box, then click on the link provided. Click on the "Registration" link towards the bottom of the Bloomingdale District 13 e-pay page to proceed. You may register two students at a time – if you have more than two students, you will need to begin the process again.

We are pleased to offer this service to our families, and hope that you find it easy and convenient.

Westfield Student's Artwork Chosen for Art Gallery - A special Congratulations goes out to Dena G, from 7th grade who had her art in the "Landscape for the 21st Century" Art Gallery, A Celebration of Minnesota! In partnership with Artsonia and NAEA, hundreds of art teachers throughout the U.S. created exhibits on Artsonia celebrating the state of Minnesota, the host-state for the 2009 National Art Education Assoc. National Convention where thousands of art teachers share ideas, experiences and educational goals. From the Artsonia galleries, various forms of art were selected to be on display at the conference. The artwork selected represents the nature and beauty of Minnesota's great outdoors. Teachers were to submit artwork they considered relative to the Minnesota theme, which included Fishing, Forestry, Landscapes, Western European Ancestry, or animals such as Timber Wolves, Moose or Black Bears. Dena's work of art included a comical Moose enjoying the outdoors. Congrats again Dena!
