The following information was emailed to families of currently enrolled students on February 28, 2024
The following information is being sent to inform families of upcoming communication and timeline regarding student registration for the 2024-2025 school year.
Thursday, February 29 - All parents/guardians of currently enrolled Preschool through 7th grade students will receive login credentials from the new District 13 Student Information System: Alma
After receiving your login credentials, please take a few moments to set up your account and review information about Alma. Additional information about registration is available on the District 13 website at the following link: What is Alma?
March 1, 2024 - Registration will open for all new and returning students for the 2024-2025 school year
April 1, 2024 - All student registrations should be completed
September 1, 2024 - Deadline for payment of student fees
If you have not seen your email from Alma try some of these suggestions.

The email should be received from [email protected]. If you did not receive it, you can take these steps:


  1. Confirm that you are searching in the email address that is on file for your student's account.
  2. Check your Spam, Promotions, and All Mail folders for the email, or search for "getalma" in your email.
  3. If you don't find it, contact your school and ask them to send you another account activation email.
  4. Add [email protected] to your email contacts.
