She is an avid class participant, sharing her depth of knowledge and is not afraid of taking risks. Alelie is a peer mentor without having to be asked. She seeks out students who are struggling and eagerly acts as their guide. She is a friend to all and includes all students in her activities. She is wise and mature beyond her years, and quietly mediates conflict when they arise. She is genuinely a natural leader and is able to accomplish all tasks thrown her way; she is not afraid of a challenge!
