Each morning, Erica arrives at school with a bright smile and a positive attitude that sets a wonderful tone for the entire day. Her readiness to learn and enthusiasm for new challenges makes her stand out in the classroom. Erica demonstrates respect and care towards all classmates and she is well-liked by all of her peers. Erica consistently leads by example, showing others what it means to #LeadLikeAJaguar. She is especially attentive when a classmate is struggling, offering others support and encouragement without any hesitation. This willingness to lift others up during difficult moments highlights her intuitive and selfless nature.
