Scarlett Gaudiuso is a 3rd grade student at Erickson and is a leader in the classroom! She is a great helper and true friend to her classmates. She goes out of her way to contribute meaningfully to our class community with her ideas, questions, and thoughtfulness. A perfect representation of someone who goes “above and beyond” at Erickson!
Scarlett was a wonderful teammate in Girls on the Run Club. She encouraged her friends, worked hard, and was positive at each and every practice. When things were difficult, Scarlet would use positive self talk to help herself and others.
She is also the true embodiment of our SOAR expectations. Scarlett is always safe, both in the classroom and on the playground. She consistently takes ownership of her learning by putting in her best effort, staying focused, and helping others around her. She is always quick to offer words of gratitude and appreciation to her peers and teachers. Scarlett moves through her day respecting all those around her.
Scarlett shines brightly at Erickson every day. Her joyful spirit and her bright smiles are truly contagious, lifting the spirits of everyone around her. Beyond her happy disposition, Scarlett is incredibly hard working and consistently shows her dedication to learning. She is also a deeply kind and helpful classmate, always looking for ways to support her peers and assist her teachers. Scarlett actively seeks opportunities to make a positive impact—whether it's helping cleaning up the classroom or offering encouragement to a friend. She is a genuine role model for not only her classmates but the entire school, demonstrating what it means to be a caring, diligent, and positive member of our Erickson community.
