DuJardin Hot Lunch Program

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to school cancellation in January, the following make-up dates have been scheduled for lunch:
All lunches ordered for Wednesday January 30th will be distributed on Wednesday May 29th.  
All lunches ordered for Thursday January 31st will be distributed on Tuesday May 28th
Spring 2019 session lunch orders (last session of the year) -  Orders are being processed for the Spring session.  No additional orders will be accepted.  The spring session for food distribution begins the week of March 5th and ends the week of May 21st.
DuJardin Lunch Sessions for 2018-2019 School Year
Fall session (lunch on Tues/Wed/Thurs):  Begins - week of September 3rd; Ends - week of November 19th  
Winter session (lunch on Tues/Wed/Thurs):  Food distribution: Begins - week of November 27th; Ends - week of February 26th
Spring session: Food distribution: Begins - week of March 5th; Ends - week of May 21st
 Lunch Volunteers:  Would you like to volunteer to distribute lunch to DuJardin students on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 11:30-12:30?  Please use the below link to select any Wednesday or Thursday that fits your schedule.

Room Parent volunteers are needed for the three room parties that are planned throughout the year.  A head room parent is needed to help organize and plan for each party.  Additional room parent volunteers are needed to help out at each party.  There is a limit of six room parents (including the head room parent) per party.  The dates of the room parties are;
Wednesday, October 31st, 2:00-3:00pm
Friday, December 21st, 2:00-3:00pm
Thursday, February 14th, 2:00-3:00pm

When are the PTO Meetings?

Tuesday, May 14th 
Meetings are at 7 p.m. in the IMC and all DuJardin Parents are invited to attend!
The meeting usually runs approximately one hour. The PTO typically discusses possible new fundraisers, teacher requests, which will be voted on at this meeting, and any current business. Meeting minutes are printed monthly in the Jaguar Journal. They can also be viewed under "Parent Information" on this website, along with the Treasurer's report.
How does the DuJardin PTO make a difference?
  • Fund requests by Teachers after approval by the PTO
  • Organizes numerous activities & services throughout the year, such as Roller Skating Parties, Hot Lunches, School Supplies, Telephone Directory, Jaguar Journal, Bingo Night,, Book Fairs, Ice Cream Social
  • Funds $100 Gift Certificates to each DuJardin Teacher
  • Funds four School Assemblies
  • Funds & Coordinates an Appreciation Luncheon for the Teachers and Staff in May
  • Funds & Coordinates a Breakfast with Teachers in May
  • Funds & Awards a $750 Scholarship each year to a H.S. Senior who graduated from DuJardin
  • Purchases Hot Lunch for all Students on the Field Day in May
