We've been doing a great job on learning the Math facts.  It's so important to pull those flashcards out during the summer to keep sharp on both the addition and subtraction facts.  Telling time is another skill that can be easily forgotten over the summer.  Practicing a little each day will make a big difference. 

It's time to focus on adding larger numbers.  We've added 2-digit numbers with trading.  Now we'll be adding 3 and 4-digit numbers with trading in one or more of the columns.  We're working on 2-digit subtraction with trading. You can help us by challenging your child with the "problem of the day".
