The Soaring Eagle is a student generated literary magazine written by students in grade one through five. Each issue is based on a theme and contains stories, poems and artwork.

The editorial staff is comprised of student volunteers and is responsible for putting together each issue of the magazine. The staff meets once a week during lunch and recess. The thirty students are in grades two through five. The magazine is under the direction of Mrs. Volkman and Mrs. Niemiec.
