How many items can I have checked out at any time?You may have 3 books checked out at any time. Back to TopWhat about fines and overdue books?Fines for overdue items are 5 cents a day per item. Fines will not accumulate to more than $3.00. When material is overdue 20 school days, students have the option of returning the overdue material and paying the fines, or purchasing the overdue material and all fines will be forgiven. Back to TopCan I check material out even if I have overdue books?Yes, you may provided the material overdue less than 20 days. If your material is overdue in excess of 20 days, you may not check out any new material until the material is returned and the fines are paid. Back to TopWhat if I'm absent on the day my material is due?Bring your material back on the day you return to school and speak to a librarian about your absence. Your fines will be forgiven. Back to TopHow will I know when my material is due?When you check out material, the date due is stamped on the slip inside the item.
